Returns

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Certain products (such as personal care items, sale items, or digital goods) may not be eligible for return for hygiene or clearance reasons.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Exchanges
